We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location of this place was perfect, placed in a noisy area. We loved how close it was to the bus station, making it incredibly convenient for us to travel around. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and most of them spoke English, making communication easy. The breakfast and dinner options were abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy a drink on. We also loved the pool area, as it was very relaxing. The maid came everyday to clean, ensuring that our room was always tidy. we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent, and the staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, near the statue of the woman on the rocks. Despite this central location, it was surprisingly quiet, great for a peaceful stay. the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, location, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff.

I have to say, the location of the hotel was perfect. We were just a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a great view. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Xavi and Valentina at reception were really good to assist us with our boarding passes. The food at the hotel was also very good, with a decent selection at breakfast and dinner. I had a wonderful stay at Acapulco and would definitely recommend it.
